Embarking on this journey with the workwear company required the meticulous development of a comprehensive Go-to-Market (G2M) strategy. We began by assembling a dedicated team of six MAMBA experts who met with four key stakeholders from the company. Together, we outlined the ambitious goals they wanted to achieve over the year.
From this collaboration, we proposed a fully integrated marketing strategy tailored to their budget. This strategy encompassed Meta ads, Google PPC, email and SMS retargeting, and content creation. With our proven databases and strategic concepts, we were confident in our ability to scale the client towards their goals with a quick turnaround.
Initially, we faced a challenge: minimal data on the advertising front due to improperly set up tracking by the previous agency. To overcome this, we implemented our custom tracking software, providing us with full visibility into the funnel. This allowed us to accurately track where each touchpoint converted into paying or returning customers.
Next, we leveraged our proven concept database. Partnering with our data provider GEN3, we accessed a targeted database of B2B decision-makers and launched high-quality ad campaigns featuring new content, UGC, customer testimonials, and single-image graphics. Through rigorous split testing, we quickly identified what worked best, allowing us to optimize the budget for maximum impact on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
Following this, we initiated Google Shopping campaigns, setting up Google Ads and Merchant Center to showcase product bundles as single items. We also launched an intensive cross-selling campaign, integrating data between Meta and Google platforms. This approach generated some of the highest results we’ve seen to date for this client.
To unify the strategy, we implemented a robust, automated retargeting campaign across Meta, Google, email, and SMS marketing channels. This was further enhanced by a custom-built app that utilized push notifications, ensuring consistent engagement and driving conversion at every stage.
