Our approach to this client
Our approach to this client was to rethink the marketing strategy within the competitive New york market, we took the SEO organic approach to deliver a high-quality reliable search that has allowed the business to convert more cost-effective leads and also show brand strength within a very competitive space, we then followed with a full-funnel strategy allowing us to nurture sales opportunities digitally and generate more listings that covered higher with great commission fees, from here we saw an opportunity to improve the client's social media across the board and deliver a more professional approach that has also seen serious traffic and followings converting to bookings and sales.
We also used our specialist partner Apex Development which has developed a custom booking software that has allowed the client to save time with agents and clients processing manually and converted to an online presence meaning more time selling/leasing listings and less time with admin and manual processes.
Listing Paid Advertising Results
This client required a funnel that created volumes of inquiries but low CPR due to the value of the properties and the conversion rates included, so to cover this aspect we took a paid social advertising approach, where the average CPL was £17.03 for a full covered questioned lead.
Next Steps
This client is now moving to Phase Three of our project, we have begun developing an app and multiple landing pages for the client to develop some high levels of 1st party data to be used within the marketing strategy to generate more listings.
